Yoga - The great Indian Road to God
Yoga is the art of absolutism. It is the science for salvation. (Here salvation means life free from sins). The real word meaning of yoga is union of the god with man. In other sense the union of the cosmic power with human power.
Man is the miniature of the cosmos. He himself (she herself) is the temple of the soul. The soul is one and the only eternal phenomena. Realising the truth-is the first step to the true life.
The eternal or the unchangeable force, which composed and played the unique rhythm of the universe, is the Athma or the Soul. This rhythm of the universe, which controls the human mind also. So we should learn and follow this God composed rhythm. If possible through yoga and Pranayama.
Soul, mind and body have three separate identities. Yoga develops those identities to its maximum. As a result of dedicated and punctual practice those three identities came inunion with each other and become Charisma.
Charisma may have so many word meanings. But here it means heavenly perfect personality, which helps to lead a rich life absolutely free from sins, wisdom, knowledge, morality and liberty are great gifts of the God through yoga. In short yoga is the great Indian road to God.
